ARCh Life Needs Trust

ARCh, in partnership with Waukesha State Bank, developed the ARCh Life Needs Trust.  The trust can be an efficient, cost-effective way to set aside money for your child's future, without jeopardizing their entitlements to SSI, Title 19 or other government benefits.  You don't need to be wealthy to set up an ARCh Life Needs Trust.  Families with a very broad range of incomes and net worth can help to ensure their child's future.

A trust is typically set up through a family's will or through a life insurance policy.  It can also be funded through other assets including stocks, bonds, mutual funds and real estate.  Upon being funded, the trust money is used to help provide for the individuals needs.  For more information, contact the ARCh office.
